No tracking number for me yet either. Ordered right after 1 a.m. EST. I ordered 2-day shipping since I knew I wouldn't be able to get the package Friday or Saturday anyways.

If they have location hours on Saturday than I don't see why not?

You could also pick it up that same day after they've made a first delivery attempt after a specified time. It should say on the delivery notice they leave behind.

FedEx is the worst option for me. Many times I've gone to pick up my package and they seem to always have a hard time finding it. Or the driver is running late. Or both. Plus it's a 30-minute drive for me to get from home, through downtown, and to the FedEx depot. It'd be great if they had USPS as an option -- if they require a signature I could send it to my PO box and pick it up after-hours at the PO box call window.

I got my order in at 1:17AM EST, 45 minutest later I got an e-mail saying "Your order is currently in queue to be processed. In most cases orders are processed within 3 business days." I tweeted VZSupport asking if I could expect to see the phone tomorrow and their response was "It may but most likely it will be the estimated time you were advised. ^DP".

Kind of annoyed that I likely won't see this phone until this time next week when I got my order in fairly quickly after sales went up. I should have just bought it locally I guess.

I ordered mine around 12:55am EST, my email says 12:58am EST and I got my tracking number around 11:30am this morning.

Ordered at 8am.. Order lookup on VZW shows it as shipped, but no tracking avail.. No worries for me though. As long as I get it before next Wednesday.

I'm in the same boat, and I ordered it within a few minutes of it being available. I would have just went to a store if I had known there would be a damn queue when ordering online.

Hmm, wonder if there was any hold up on your credit card. Mine took a little while longer than I thought it would because I had a fraud alert on my credit account. As soon as I acknowledged the transaction with my credit card company it went straight to "Your order has been shipped" on the order status page. But I never got that "in queue for processing" e-mail.

I guess it's possible. But, I use the same credit card to pay my VZW bill every month and Amazon just shipped something to me today using the same credit card...

Edit: Logged into my account for that credit card, shows a pending transaction amount that would equal the VZW & Amazon purchases. So weird, wonder if I should call them and ask what's up....

Well if you've been charged the full amount of the phone then I believe that typically means they've completed processing your order and are ready for shipping/have shipped. At least that's how it's supposed to be done.

I would call them and make sure.

I have the same situation, credit card shows a pending transaction. I called Verizon and they said everything seems fine and should ship today, despite the email about being in a queue and taking up to 3 business days to ship. Still no change on the status online though.

Person at VZW I just talked to said they're really busy with shipments and that it probably won't ship until tomorrow. Last time I order from them online, I'll just do a local store next time.

my tracking number came in at 11:30am est and I ordered online at 1:20am est. Estimated arrival is by 3pm Friday the 16th. I didn't use a Credit Card, I just did Bill to Account.
