Only 1 Drive Letter since Jelly Bean!

I have Windows XP...still...and now notice that since JB, I only have 1 drive letter. I guess this is a known issue. I used to have 1 for the Phone and a second letter for the Card. I then would use Windows to go to the cards drive letter and copy files.

Has anyone figured out how to get this missing drive letter back?

You must not have a Droid Maxx. The Droid Maxx has no SD card and has had KitKat since last December/January, and shipped originally with Jellybean. You may want to ask in the forum for the phone that you have (Droid Razr Maxx maybe?)

No, she does have the Droid MAXX and not the Razr. Also, she is on KitKat, but only 1 drive letter.

Well, that explains it then - the Droid Maxx does not have an SD card, so there is only one drive letter that you should see.

OK, she told me she used to have 2 but I guess she was wrong.
