Operating system has too much memory

Welcome to Android Central! I noticed that you posted the same question in another person's thread about the LG G3 Vigor. Is that the variant that you have? The Vigor only comes with 8 GB of Internal Storage, of which probably 4-5 GB is taken up by the OS and preinstalled bloatware.
