OPPO A37 won't charge temperature too high

[AC Question]

hi all,
i have an oppo A37 from one week.
From yesterday whenever i went to plug the phone it shows temperature too high the phone cannot be charged.
can anyone help me?

What is the matter of this ..it still cannot charge because of high temperature ..

If the phone was sitting in sunlight for a while, the temperature in the phone might be too high to charge the battery. Bring it into someplace cool and let it sit for a few hours to cool off. (If the battery is below 40%, turn it off until you can charge it.)
