Optimizing apps take longer time while switch on

When i switch on mobile it starts optimizing the apps.then this process take more than 10 minutes of time.
How do i solve this query

It should only do that after some updates, not normally. If you're letting it go to completion and it doing it every time, the phone needs a repair shop.
