Optimum App

This App has worked with other Nexus devices that I own but it keeps getting an error on start up with the Nexus 9. The other devices I have 5.0 also. I have installed and uninstalled the App at least 6 times. I have Forced stopped and cleared data, that doesn't change things.

Help!
 
Have you tried calling Optimum tech support? I overpaid to stay with them for years (Verizon was always cheaper) because of their great tech support.
