Optimus F3 - Moving Apps to SD

Ok, I know Im a bit late with this reply, but maybe I can help someone else having this issue. I had same issue, I have optimus f6. I selected this phone knowing that it had only about 1.5 gig of internal memory, thinking I will just throw a 32 gig micro SD card in it and call it a day. THINK AGAIN!! I ended up rooting the phone, not an easy task, as LG and T-mobile have went out of there way to make rooting this phone a nightmare. Then once rooted, still could not use any of the bootleg apps to move apps to the SD Card. WTF? Its my phone I should be able to do with it as I please. Long story short, I had my brother in law (IT guy) look at it, he figured out a way to make the phone think that the mico sd card was the internal memory, fixing my storage nightmare.
If you like apps, dont buy this phone, unless you are good with hacking these devices!

I just did this like an hour ago. Watch the video that was shown above (LG Optimus F3: Apps to SD Card - YouTube), it is very helpful and a little entertaining, if you are already rooted you can go right to the partition section starting at about the 8:50 mark.

Everything worked flawlessly for me. I used Saferoot instead of the one they use here though. Just be sure to transfer anything off your SD card that you want to keep before you start.

That's the video I posted... and it worked for me as well after a couple of tweaks but, one does not move apps to the sd card, merely links the apps to it. It would be most excellent to actually move the apps as opposed to just linking them.

So I followed motorchopper option, my phone restarted I have super user app showing on my phone now.
However I still don't have superuser access because it does not have root access? (I used root access checker app)
I really really hate optimus f3's awfully tiny storage space and would like to fix it. How do I do this? Help!

I just saw the notes in the latest link2sd, you can upgrade to the pay version for a couple of bucks and it actually moves the data to the external memory card. The only catch is the app partition has to be a Unix filesystem like ext3 or ext4 etc.

Why is this video private? At first it told me to sign in to view. I still get "This video is private" msg. I tried viewing on YouTube and it says it is private. Help!
