Optimus 690M was on 2.2.2, rooted it with gingerbread I think, got superuser so I tried to flash it with correct CM7 flash from ROM manager, it seemed to be going OK until the reboot. Now it just hangs on "Fastboot mode started-udc_start()

Plugged USB back in then a menu came up:
-- suspend --
-- reset --
-- portchange --
fastboot: processing commands

but I cant seem to do anything after that. If I unplug the USB, I get
-- suspend --
-- suspend--
EP1/out FAIL nf0=40 pg0=bf000
--portchange--
usb_read() transaction failed
--reset--
--portchange--
fastboot: oops!
fastboot: processing commands

and itll keep looping whenever I plug USB in or out. My PC doesnt "see" it as a drive and LG webtool doesnt see it when its plugged in. Am I hosed? I have downloaded android SDK but dont know what to do with it as it doesnt see the phone either>

HELP!

OK, figured out that you need to be in SDK fastboot terminal to manipulate the menu so I downloaded it and went through the propmts, ie.
cd C:\Fastboot\android-sdk-windows\tools
fastboot erase boot
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot erase system
fastboot flash recovery C:\Fastboot\Recovery\recovery-RA-optm-2.2.1-GNM.img
fastboot reboot

THEN hold down power+vol down+home key and itll boot into recover. I then navigates to the install zip from SD and navigated to the CM7 zip I downloaded on the SD card and installed the ROM, now Im waiting for the first boot, looks like its doing something. I hear the first boot is alike 10-20 minutes so Im crossing my fingers.

i have also bricked my lg optimus m & i am stuck at the same screen you are & i have did the steps you said to do but i always get stuck at the one part & that is the sdk im lost about the whole sdk thing i get to the part where i open it in my tools & from there im so lost can someone help me plz

Rom manager is a big NO-NO on optimus phones its known to bring trouble. I'm not very good with bricked phones but I hope someone helps you guys. If someone does, the first thing you should do is uninstall rom manager.
