I have a LG Optimus V stuck in CWM recovery loop. I tried to flash a ROM and it didnt work. My SD card is wiped and I operate on a mac. Is there any easy way for me to get out of the recovery loop?

Go here http://forums.androidcentral.com/op...s/110138-stuck-cwm-recovery-without-root.html
If you have the 2.2.2 OS version with the Hitachi screen go here http://forums.androidcentral.com/lg...covery-xionia-clockwork-cwma-v1-2518-6-a.html

The .4 version won't work for the 2.2.2 with the Hitachi screen. The .6 should work on either the Hitachi or the 2.2.1 with the Novatek screen .

The root of the sd card is just where the file folders are. Don't put anything in a folder just somewhere near the bottom of this list of folders.

There's a video on YouTube that may help. just type in Stuck in Boot Loop Virgin Mobile Optimus V and
it should show you how to get out of your predicament. I had a Samsung Intercept with the same problem. YouTube Video helped a lot. Good luck.
