Option "Sort by" in Microsoft Exchange email

Hi,
In my Note 4 I cannot find the option "Sort by" in the Microsoft Exchange email. Please help.

Yes, Filter by, but there is no Filter by Sender or by Date, as it is in Note 3. Do you know how the inbox can be Filtered by Sender ?

bump*** this is a very important feature very surprised that it was removed. Does any know of a work around or other applications that can do this?
