Order Black Galaxy Buds Online?

I have a $130 eCertificate from Samsung and I was planning to order a pair of black Galaxy Buds to go along with my new S10. However, I noticed that on Samsung's shop web site you can only order white buds. Black buds are not available online. Does anyone know if this is temporary or done by design?

I received my eCertificate today and ordered the black buds (will ship April 5th). All the colors are available. You have to select which color you want.

From the Samsung site I see a "where to buy" button which gives me a list of local stores to buy the buds, but it won't let me order them online so I can use my eCertificate. I want to use the $130 eCertificate that I got from Samsung when I preordered my S10.

They are out of stock. You have to keep checking. Samsung won't let you order them if they are out of stock for future delivery, which surprises me, why turn away business

Thanks. I just finished chatting with Samsung online support and they confirmed what you said. You need to keep checking. It would have been more helpful if the web site said "out of stock".

The white did say out of stock last night, the black did not. So I selected the black and then got message out of stock. Samsung isn't known for good customer service or good website. You have till June sometime to use the certificate, just keep checking

Yes. They ran out of the ear buds, my order shows the gift certificate. In the fine print of the ear bud offer it says gift certificate if they run out of ear buds.

Select add to cart and see what happens. I did that and then I get the out of stock message.

Yeah you are right, says out of stock when you add to cart.

Ok, as of now (April 5th, 3:30 pm PST) the Samsung.com web site now the Black Galaxy Buds available for online order. I just ordered a pair using my Promo Code to pay for them, and they are expected to ship by April 26th.

I just got my shipping info for mine that said ships by the 12th.
