Order Confirmation

Has anyone received order confirmation from Motorola on their pre order? The site doesn't even recognize my order number but my credit card has been charged.

Nope, no confirmation emails and no order showing on the website...
I've chatted and talked to Motorola customer service several times now, and they keep assuring me that my order is being processed properly and despite the fact that I'm not seeing it and having gotten any confirmation, there won't be a delay in receiving the phone.
We shall see!

Brick and mortar stores are open for on-site sales starting today. Pre-orders always seem to be slow.
