Let us know how you like it? I'm still on the fence about whether I should of gotten the 44 or not. Oh well I'm sure I'll still like it. I just wish I had gone in best buy to at least seen if a 44 was on display but I'm sure I'll be fine. I'm used to the 40's. Are you restoring from old watch or starting fresh?

First of all, I don't find the new straps "super simple" as advertised. Lol! Easier than the pins, but I struggled more than the reviewers.

I prefer the design of my 7, but the updated visuals of the 8. It's very fast and has a fresh look. It paired up with my phone almost immediately. I'm not in love with the squircle design though.
The bottom of the 8 is flatter.

I'm going to use it a full week before deciding on whether or not it's a keeper. I did a fresh set up to help familiarize myself with any new stuff and get a fresh watch face, etc.

Thanks! I am not sure I'll like the squircle neither didn't at 1st but then I kind of started to like it and after getting my bumper covers it looked like I may like it. But I read reviews of people struggling to get the strap on. I always had trouble with the pins and my husband would help but last years was a little easier.

I am worried I won't like it now but I'll see tomorrow. I'll probably keep it just because it's the latest and I only paid 94 So we'll see. What band did you get? I am getting the black fabric. I liked the fabric bands from last year. Their supposed to give me a 15 promo towards a band well see. Amazon had the sports ones cheap. I'm hoping to like the fabric one as much as last year's.

@Rose4uKY I got the leather looking strap with stitching. I don't think the design is ugly, I just prefer the true circle. If the face was square like the frame, I'm sure I'd like it better. Idk... we'll see. I hope you love it!

Hi Katrina. I got the GW8 Classic, being delivered today. I bought an orange sports strap off Amazon to compare to my GW Ultra. They look similar, but the GW8 strap is not as wide as the Ultra. I will report back once I get the GW8 Classic today as to difficulty with the strap. The strap does not work with the Ultra for anyone wondering.

I'm planning on doing a fresh setup as well. Since I got the One UI 8 already on my GW Ultra, I'm having issues with Google Assist - can't uninstall it - on one of my Ultra whereas it automatically replaced it with Gemini on the other. Hmmm....

Cool, let me know if it's user error on my part. The metal part that actually snaps into the watch face kept moving/bendin when I was applying pressure to snap it in. It didn't simply "snap in" either. Could've been my ineptitude lol

You are more than likely right (not user error), it does look sort of flimsy to me. I'll report back. Unfortunately UPS has it scheduled for delivery between 4:30 and 8:30 pm today -- I may be lucky if I get it between those times. They are never accurate. Always AFTER the later time, Smh...

I liked it and wanted it but it only came in Med/Lg and when you go to buy it on their site by itself it actually says S/M/L. That's what I don't like on Amazon some bands are just one size since they fit the regulars and the classic and some you can actually just buy a small over the med and large which I like those better. Can you post a picture ar somepoint? I'm decided whether to restore or start fresh it's not as bad as a phone I always restore but I do have some faces I love. I'm watching out the window for ours it said 10:30 to 12:30 and I leave for work at 1:00.

Well I'm mad mine says out for delivery but now it says by 7pm. It has said 10:30 to 12:30 all week. :-(
But my husband is home and he just woke up and said is my watch here. UPS usually put in our garage. I see the map he isn't that far away. Once before I saw the driver in the parking lot of this shopping center as I was coming out of the nail salon across the street headed for work and I showed him my ID and he gave the packages to me. LOL!

Oh it looks like he's headed this way though he's in that shopping center now right down the street so I think it will be here before I leave at 1:00 1:15 is the latest I can leave so we will see. Oh well editing again he was right down the road in the shopping center and left and is another further away subdivision. Guess I have to wait till tonight when I get home from work.

I was wondering how folks were liking the quircle. On the fence if I want to upgrade from the 7. Today is last day for the added discount I think, so have to make decision. Getting my Flip7 later today and then will decide.

Got mine on time from UPS, a first. All charged up and now setting up on my phone. It is much less "sqircles" than the Ultra to me. I like the smaller size compared to the Ultra as I have small wrists for a man.

It is definitely not that simple to connect. The one I got from Amazon was hard, but the one from Samsung too some pressure but seemed to snap, but NOT as easy as the Ultra. Go back to the drawing board Samsung and make a strap/connection similar to the Ultra.
