Well, I still have not received my Z Flip4 that Samsung insists has been "shipped!" After waiting the 2 additional days after Monday's chat, I called today, waded through two levels of AI "Virtual reps" and finally got a human on the phone. She finally agreed my Flip4 is "lost in shipment" (they never had it picked up by FedEx). Now the process is to issue a refund on my credit card -- that takes 24 hours to initiate. Tehn they have towait for the refund to go through and notify back to Samsung -- maybe another 5-7 days. Then Samsung says they will issue a "Promo code" that allows me to reorder and pay the discounted trade-in price that was reflected on my pre-order invoice. Then I have to wait out whatever the accumulated delivery time has grown to in order to receive my new Flip4. All this might take another 30 days, just to correct Samsung's shipping error.
I asked if they couldn't just pull a Flip4 from the fulfillment warehouse and ship it, but tehy insist Samsung's "system" soes not allow something like that.
UUUUGGGGHHH!
Geez... That's a long & convoluted process.
