Ordered directly from Samsung.com?

At least AT&T is now available at Samsung.com and shipping has been updated to 7 to 10 business days for new orders. That is better than September shipping.

Agree. But already ordered. I hope this means that older orders will ship sooner rather than later.
 
So I ordered directly from Samsung.com on 8/3/16 and my paypal credit was charged emediately for the 900$ of the phone. I got email confirmation and all from them and on the 8th got my watch. From that day on nothing from Samsung, I have called over 10 times in the past two weeks to try and get a tracking number and everyone seems clueless at the customer support. Today is the 19th and still no tracking or any notice from them that my fully payed phone is shipped, this has been the worst pre order in my life from such a "grate" company. I'll be canceling this and waiting to see what Google and Apple come up with on the nexus and iPhone lineups. FU Samsung for not giving a shi* about your customers!

Wow, mine still shows "preparing for shipment" Maybe they have moved yours to "shipped"? Might want to call them.
 
It has been acting crazy like that all week. Probably everyone flooding it like me trying to get status. They don't like giving status and we they do it is usually wrong.
 
Called at 1030 EST, status updated to "Pending Fulfillment" from "Preparing for Shipment", customer service (Candace, who I have spoken to twice, and was very friendly and informative) said that I should have a tracking number today.
 
Looks like people over at BB who pre-ordered on the third are having some of the same issues we are. Have a friend who didn't pre-order walk into an ATT store this morning and pick up a brand new blue note 7. This is the first and last time I pre-order. Don't mind if it doesn't come on the day on sale, just don't like that Samsung.com still hasn't said anything we can count on when this thing ships, and what can we expect if we finally recieve it and something is wrong with it? How easy will it be to get a replacement?

Cancelled order from Samsung.com. The CSR didn't even flinch about it. I got the feeling based on the wait time to talk and her pleasant attitude there were many others doing the same.
All i have to do is send the watch back. No restock and their sending a PP shipping label.
Verizon had in store pickup available via online ordering for 12pm, waived activation fee, and 2 extra GB of data per month. Easy decision

Just called and they told me the same thing you said. She said I would see tracking number today sometime. Very polite, but I do understand others who have canceled and bought in store. Mine is ATT black version.
 
Yeah I called them and they have me the same answer about shipping by the 26th. She even said I can still cancel like they didn't care so I canceled. So I went to the closest Tmobile store and walked out with a black Note 7.
 
I'm tempted to go to T-Mo and just get one today...and cancel the stalled order from Samsung.com and keep the Fit2/microSD from them. Make them come chase me for the return since I already have them.

Being I already have my SD card I am going to stick it out. Plus will give me a little more time to research a glass screen protector. If I wind up using one.
