When I sent in my Active 2 for the watch 4 they told me all I needed was the watch to return no band or charger. But today I was told when I return the watch 4 I do have to turn in the band with it but can keep the charger. Just curious what I need to do. I'm scared cause last time they tried telling me I sent them in a different watch I had pictures and everything.

Remove all your personal data and software locks from your device.
Place the lower half of your shipping label inside your return package.
Use the shipping box from your new Galaxy Watch5 Pro, 45mm, Black Titanium, LTE to send your trade-in device. If you are trading in a laptop, you must send the device, battery, power supply and cable.
Do not use a FedEx Drop Box. All packages must be dropped off at a FedEx Ship Center.
If you no longer wish to trade-in your device, simply keep your device and your Samsung Financing account will be charged for the trade-in credit received during purchase.
If your trade-in does not meet our requirements, we will return it to you free of charge at your request. You will be charged for the trade-in credit received during purchase.
