I ordered my Moto 360 from Motorola and waited for 2 weeks for it to come in and when I ordered it I ordered a gray band which was the only color they had. When it came in, today, it had a stone color band and I think it looks awful and when I called Motorola they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. They say that is the only band and their not sure what other color I think it should have been. Has anyone else had this issue?
After talking to several people at Motorola one of them admitted to the other band and said if I send my watch back they will fix the order in about 6 weeks. Has anyone else had this issue? Does Motorola really think this is good customer service?
