Really disappointed on the buy experience...the buzz was built and the phone back orders and if I hear from one more ZTE employee "we didnt expect this kind of demand" I am going to scream!
If you try and have a flag ship phone have the same customer service!
I know like others you set back and watch people post and seems the phone has a lot of little issue which at any price point is not good. But people seem to be ok with resets, bad pictures quality at low light. etc.
So we figure we give it a week and if not a good experience its going back. ZTE has a 30 day try process.
Side note we payed extra for next day shipping all Axon 7s ship next day by default! I didnt see any where on the order page in noted that?
