Oreo update: Invisible widgets

Since receiving Oreo 8.0.0 update my widgets whether it be KWGT or Zooper behave irradicately.... displaying invisible with functionality and at other times not at all. Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't tried any 3rd party widgets but the stock ones seem to behave normally.
You should try a random stock widget and if you don't have any problems it's time to contact the 3rd party application developer - it's quite possible they haven't updated their code to the latest features/APIs.

Yeah, an issue with API compatibility would be my guess. Zooper hasn't been updated in a long time, has it?

March 2015 - I'd say it's unsupported...

Simple Calendar Widget became non-configurable and unusable with the 8.0 update. App hasn't been updated since 2013, so...

Yeah, nice apps that fall on the wayside makes me sad. Like those cool lockscreen widgets we once had.. turns out they were a security nightmare, but they were cool non the less.
