OS r RAM usage with no apps

Just got the V30 today and I noticed that with no other apps running my ram usage is always at 65-75%. Is this a android 7 thing or the phone itself? Does it seem high? My previous phone was on android 6 so i can't compare.

Just got the V30 today and I noticed that with no other apps running my ram usage is always at 65-75%. Is this a android 7 thing or the phone itself? Does it seem high? My previous phone was on android 6 so i can't compare.

This is what worries me even with the S8+ and other 4GB RAM high end phones in 2017.

With no apps running there should at least be 3GB RAM available, but most have far less.
