OS Upgrade?

Is it true the OS of the Nexus 10 can only be upgraded 18 months after it was initially launched? This is the excuse an eBay seller is giving me for the reason that their (very cheap - only £181) Nexus 10s are stuck on 4.2.

No. The Nexus 10 has 4.4.4 available. https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images

Yea. 4.4.4 is avaliable and the tab should have gotten the update ota. My guess is the tab may be locked out or disabled by Google.

I believe the N10 came with 4.2 on release day. If I remember correctly it came with 4.2 on launch day and immediately updated to 4.2.1.
