OTA 4.3 update error. HELP

so got a notification few minutes ago that system update was ready to install. i click to reboot and install. everything seems to be going fine. the green android guy is on the screen little blue bar below is going and towards the end it says error, so i rebooted and now the phone is stuck on the multi color x. WTF do i do?

I wish I could be more help, but you're best bet is probably to post this in the forum for your device, where folks will know better how to help you. At the very least, let us know on this thread what phone is it that you have...I assume it is the Nexus 4?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the N4, but you'll probably have to flash a factory image to get it running again. I'd definitely check on the N4 forum, and over on XDA's forums as well.

i called up tech support. we tried numerous things...nothing worked,. i was within warranty, so they're sending me a replacement
