You can either wait it out or flash the update your self losing all your data I know it sucks but I might be better to just get it over with

Believe that link is the original leaked MR2 update and not the one that's being pushed out now. New one is 1.70 instead of 1.66

Think that still may be the old one since it's from June. [Exclusive Download] Leaked 1.70.605.0 Update For The HTC Thunderbolt (No, It's Not Gingerbread) should be the correct one.
