OTA RootKeeper?

Im new to the whole rooting scene, just recently rooted my Bionic and ran across this when I was looking into how to keep root through OTA's.

Has anybody used this? One of the comments on the market was from a Bionic owner who said it worked for them. I am going to give it a try baring any comments saying its a bad idea.

Well it says it worked. It makes a protected copy of superuser also can temp. Un-root your device with it.

cool beans. Of course, you can always add the forever root hack (R3L3As3Droot And 43V3R Root For The Bionic V2.1 - RootzWiki) as well. It works.

I too am fairly new to the root world. I rooted my bionic, the root was successfull. I wanna be sure I keep my bionic rooted through OTA's. With the forever root, will your phone still perform OTA's, and your device stays rooted, or does it not allow it to perform the OTA? Thanks, I realize you guys prolly get tired of noobish questions.
