OTA update broke S Note

App opens and immediately hangs. At least one other person has posted a post update problem with S Note.

Come on Samsung ! Issue a bug fix. S Note is your killer App.

Have you tried going to Samsung support? I used to like the knowledgeable folks I got through the Samsung chat but have had very UNknowledgeable people these last few months. I'd try calling their help center, they have phone numbers if you go to your device's web page. I'd be really upset if I lost S-notes. I had turned off auto updates and twice it prompted me to install it but I kept hitting remind me later. I got up in the morning to a notice that the update had installed. I'm just glad I didn't lose anything with it!
