Went thru the update, did not seem to change Any thing including the version #

Oddly , I have a second note, virtually the same, and no notice to update that one . I use both equally, so it's kinda strange.

I got the update today. The build number is LMY47X.P600UEUDQF1. It shows the May 2017 security patch for this update, but I am not sure if that is what it was before the update.

It's unlikely that you would've gotten any system updates in the past few months, so the current update probably included the security patches through 5/2017. What's the build number on your other Note, and what security patch is that one on?

If your tablet is rooted, status will show as Custom. As so, it never let you upgrade firmware.
Unless you flash back the stock firmware and do the upgrade.

Yeah... I knew that, but brain was not working... Flashed back to un-root, did up date, re-rooted... Life is good...
