i have to agree with the OP. Otterbox used to be the best at Customer Service, but they have been slippen big time lately. Back when I was on Blackberry I actually had a case replaced that I didn't even originally purchase from them direct. I mean, wow, I was blown away by their service. Immediate response to inquiries. But, times have sure changed for Otterbox. Their service is not nearly as good, no fast response times. If you place an order, you wont receive a confirmation that the order has shipped. They dont even update their site once your order has shipped. And if you try and call, good luck with that. Their hold times are horrendous, and most times you cant even get through.
Like I said, they used to be known for the best Customer Service, but not anymore. I've taken my business elsewhere. Sad, but true!
