I know, everybody has been saying this already, but i just wanted to say it because I had some people ask me on another thread. I made a non-review video on it. check it out.

PS - I know i'm not a good reviewer. I know that i go off camera, a lot. i am not looking to become the next big gadget review youtube channel like Phonedog. Please dont act like a ignorant fool by calling me out on everything i did wrong. I did this because no one else has.

This may sound stupid but i head it was possible to use the stock back case with the ext batt?

Still no problems with the Extended Battery and Otterbox? When I bought my nexus in the store I asked the guy ringing me up if the Otterbox worked with the Extended Battery, and he didn't know so he took one out and tried to fit it in, but it wouldn't fit. I'm beginning to think maybe he was just a moron seeing as that in this video it went in pretty easily. I didn't think to try it myself.

It fits in the otterbox no problems... Have been taking mine off and on for work for last 3 days.

@Shanimal92, I was able to pop that down where there is only a small lip (not as large as the one you show. Still it looks a little funny and I wouldn't trust it.

As far as the Otterbox. I don't have a pic of it but when you put on the plastic case for the otter box with the extended battery you can tell that the case is slightly more separated on the Headphone corner. You can press it in but it will spring back. However, I noticed it does this with the stock battery/door and with the extended battery/ stock door it is there but just a little smaller.

That being said I plan on using the Otterbox with the extended battery and case.

Any update on performance.... I read 14% more use! have you all noticed a difference that makes this worth buying?

Ok I just got the Otterbox defender for my nexus w/ extended and it was fine. The snaps are a little tight, but who cares, they are covered up by the rubber/silicon/whatever it is casing that goes over it. Finally, my phone is holstered.

Yep, the extended battery and its cover fits just fine in the Otterbox Defender, have taken it off 4 times so far and it is a tight fit but seals the way it is supposed to.
