oua_classifier folder

[Android Central Question]

So I was checking my phone storage to see if there's something suspicious file and I saw a folder named oua_classifier.
Is this a virus or something like?
It also gets automatically created if deleted.

I got a file named tp_debug.info it keeps appearing when I delete it I think it has something related with oua classifier
