[Oukitel-K3] Accessibility are turned back to off -> how to solve?

Hi All,

I have Oukitel-K3 with Android 7.0, rooted.

Accessibility for the applications are turned back to OFF, no matter how many times I turn them ON.

Why this happens? How to solve? It's not because the app update... Something else brings them back to OFF.
