outgoing call problem

Twice today when I have made a call I never heard my phone ring or the person who answered the call. I hung up both times after about 30 seconds thinking the call did not go through. Both times the person I called called me right back and everything was normal. They said their phones rang normally. I'm on Verizon and never had this happen before getting the Note 3 and am calling from the same places. Does this sound like a phone or network problem?

Any ideas?

I reckon that I do that on my N2 on the odd occaisson and mefinks my ear touched the mute button

Could be. Never did that with my DROID. If it happens again I'll check that. Thanks for the idea.

Hi, I did experience the same problem. when I make calls, receiver received the calls but I didn't hear anything. I think its note 3 problem. I am thinking to call samsung for patch or upgrade to fix this issue.
