Outgoing calls are "Unknown" in calls log

Hi! All my manually dialed calls to any phone number are saved in calls log as "Unknown". And only in case of phone number owner answered the call. No new apps were installed, no call blockers. Just recently notice this **** when need to redial new number.
Am using Sony Xperia Z1 with android 4.3 (Build number 10.4.B.0.569)
