Outlook app not being able to enlarge content.

For those of you who is using the outlook app on your pixel, I wonder if you are able to enlarge email contents for all your emails?

I just realized I am only able to enlarge only a small fraction of my emails, the majorities of emails will not enlarge when I use my two fingers (just like enlarging web content or pictures). The contents would either not enlarge at all, or enlarge only so slightly, then the contents would freeze.

I tried contacting outlook app assistant, but no constructive response received so far.

Does nobody has this issue? Can anyone who use it let me know how it works on your device. I'm trying to see if it's something only I'm encountering and figure out what might went wrong.

I switched from the Outlook app to Nine. Much better functionality IMHO. It will cost you 9USD if you decide to keep it after two weeks though.

I have the same problem with Outlook...

But it's an Outlook issue....
