Outlook app will not show original emails, only the replies

There is an email in my inbox that I have replied to and received an answer back. But I need to see that original email I was sent but in the inbox I only see my reply. How can I get that original email to show up? I've seen where you are supposed to hit "reply all" and then the two way arrow in the upper right or the little box in the lower left. That brings up something saying "load full message" but when I hit that it only brings up my reply and not that original email I was sent. I need an image from that original email so I can save it to my phone.

If the message was deleted and the reply didn't have it attached, there's no way to get the original back. Have you checked if the sync options are maybe not loading older messages and the copy might be on the server?

It wasn't deleted. I hit "reply", typed my reply, sent it, and now all that shows is my reply and their answer. This is the only email in my entire box that I've replied to that has deleted or hid the original email. All other replied to emails have the original email attached. I've got to get this email back, it contains a QR code I have to have to get into a concert Saturday night.

**EDIT** I found the email. I searched for everything I thought I knew about the email, the possible senders, the name of the band, nothing. Then I searched for VIP and found it. I still don't know where it was but at least I have it now and I'm so relieved. Thank you for your help.
