is their a way to speed up the wifi hotspot from quicksettings. I need to know this because i use my OV to tether my ps3 and sometimes it laggs. Is their a way to speed it up.

i used to tether to my PS3, firmware updates were the WORST

wifi tether is ALWAYS going to take some time from the time you hit the button to when the device will see your phone as a hotspot.


if you are talking about speeding up the actual connection, then no, becuase all its doing is sharing your 3G connection and thats not very fast as it is.

nothing you do can change that.

try some real internet

No not really. The hotspot uses your 3g connection

The most you can even hope to do is add a signal repeater in hopes of smoothing out any dips in bandwidth from low signal strength and this will only effect the low end not the top end.
