What is App Called "Uninstall QuickSettings"?

I have an app called Uninstall QuickSettings in my app drawer. Under info it says it was installed by Samsung SmartSwitch. I have no idea what it is or where it came from. Again, under info, it has a different name - just QuickSettings.

Does anyone know what it is, where it came from, or what it does? Should I try to delete it? I don't see it in the PlayStore at all.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Never mind. It is an old Samsung wearable app installed by Galaxy Store, then copied To all of my devices by smart switch over the years.
