over heat i think

My samsung exhibit 4g randomly reboots and then either sits in a reboot sequance and then finally boots up or i have to clear chache via holding volume buttons to recovery i think it maybe because of overheating because it is hot to the touch or because the power button gets stuck i just did a full wipe still no diffrence any help apresiated
