Overclock/SetCPU

Hey all,

I'm currently using the Aloysius 2.0.8. I was wondering if i wanted to speed it up (it's already quite fast, but who doesn't want to be faster?), do i use setcpu and/or overclock? Are they compatible? And would there be a significant jump in speed or should i just leave it the way it is?

Any advice/suggestions would be great.

Its not set up to be overclocked.Hang in there we shouldn't be to far off from having source or toast to release his oc kernel.
