Overlay Issue

[Android Central Question]

Hello, I have been struggling to an overlay issue where, whenever I open a game there is a weird overlay on the left side that I can move up and down and whenever I open it, nothing is shown, I believe it to be linked to the game launcher app and so I decided to go and force stop and turn off said app and the overlay is still there, it just happened today so I am wondering why

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? You can go to Settings>Apps>Special App Access and then look for Display Over Other Apps (or something similar). See what apps have that permission, and try turning it off one by one.

I'm having this problem as well.
I attached a screenshot.
Left side of any full screen game.

Found it.
Swipe down from the top to get to notification area.
Game booster plus has some running services.
One of them is shown or hide floating icon. Toggle it to make it go away.
