My work outlook and OWA require a password change every so often. I can't seem to find anywhere on my captivate e-mail account settings where I can just edit my password to match so I am not getting e-mails. Do I have to delete the account and make a new one with the new p/w, or am I just missing where to edit the p/w? I'd rather not have to delete the account and redownload all my e-mails again every time we have a required p/w change.

Thanks.

Go to "My Account" then find the email then select it then you should be able to change your settings.

I'm not sure if there is a specific place where there is a "my account" but I can't find it. I can get into my account settings 3 different ways but there is no option or sub option to edit the actual domain or password or anything like that.

If I am missing where "my account" is, please dumb it down a bit for me. lol

When you get to the "Account Settings" screen, scroll down to the section called "Server Settings". Select the "Incoming settings" link. This is where you can change/modify your password on the account.

A BIG Thank You! Can they make it any more transparent? :)

Except in my case, scroll down only show backup options and nothing more. No Server Setting Section. Anybody can help?
