Am I crazy , wasn't there a place to enter owner information?
I can't find it now.

Lock screen section of "my device" on 4.0.4. and 4.1.2

On 4.2.2 it may be part of the security settings judging by the S4 phone that I had a look at

I am pretty sure the info is pretty well hidden in 4,2,2 you can edit a brief text under security customize personal message, but I used to have my name my company and telephone number.
Now it only allows 1 small line,

Solved my problem.
Have to set lock screen setting to display clock,rather than personal message.

I had the same issue and the number of characters that can be used is way below what was available on 4.1.2. To my surprise(and delight) when I factory reset my tab with Restore from Google account The lockscreen reverted to what I had put on Owners information on 4.1.2. Needless to say, I'm not going to try and change the info now
