Just seeing how others are getting on with there's?
Got mine this weekend changing from a S6 which I've had for 2 years.
First impressions are good, love the size screen and how easy it is to use. Did have this worry moving from Samsung.
The only thing that isn't as good is being able to set different text tones to certain contacts but that's not the end of the world.

There are sms texting apps that will do that. Textra is a very popular texting app that will do that for you.

Thank you for your mini review, OP! And no, I totally get what you mean about SMS contact tones. It may be a small thing but it means a lot when you know when you need to look at your phone and when you don't have to worry about who's texting you! Hope you're still enjoying your Huawei device!

I'm been really happy with this device and very happy I switched from Samsung.
I know it's all about 'samsung' at the mo with there s8.. and there's very little on these phones in the media or in fact any where lol..
So far a month in..

Really good battery life.. with WiFi on I'm a heavy user and only charge it once a day.

Camera if your into that (I'm not really fussed) seems on another level compared to my work colleagues phones.

Size.. the plus isn't too big for my pockets and I think for me personally is exactly the right size.. normal phone use and streaming

It's easy to use.. things are where you would expect them to be and a few odd but good to use features thrown in.. knuckle gestures (got use to these) and the use of the home button to go back etc..

Fingerprint scanner is spot on.. doesn't not work so far.. it's great.

Bad points so far..

Getting any genuine chargers from huawei.. least I can trust it.. be nice to have a spare not from eBay!

Won't connect to my Sony bravia TV.. miracast 'failed to connect'

Not many people have this phone

Just unboxed mine and still on its first charge... looking forward to trying the camera out properly.. Oh and just out of the box.. the speakers are awesome and VERY loud.. the quality reminds me of the HTC 10..

Great sized screen and nice to hold... ill write a mini review after a few days

I'll agree with you....the P10 Plus is just great. No complains so far and the camera is just wonderful.

Only sad thing is there are not as many reviews on the device as you see for the S8 & G6 :-\

Have you read my question...?
I have this P10 for 2 days and i cant really find out how to disable several stuff.
1. I dont want that list shown on the "new message" (sms). I don't want the list of previous recipients and call log under the empty recipient.
2. How can i disable the screen saver on lock screen?
