Android Central Question

My phone turned suddenly off and couldnt start ( until huawei logo). After deleting the cache in Recovery mode, the phome could restart properly. But after typing my pin code from my sim card I wasnt asked for my phone code and I got totally a different screen. There is no App seen on screen and if I press blindly to somewhere on screen I get the ınfo: apps is not installed, which seemed really odd. So, I can't open any app, except settings from abobe. I can only receive and answer calls. I tried booting fastboot and rescue mode, but hisuite says that the device isn't supported for recovery. I also tried the eRecovery option. I am getting commected with wifi to download the recovery data but the download fails. I get the message: getting package info failed. Is there anything I can do to save my data like photos and video files? After that I will try hard reset.

Could it be in a guest profile?

If you go to Settings>Apps, do you see your installed apps listed there, or is it just the preinstalled apps? I'm wondering if the phone did a spontaneous factory reset.

I only see the preinstalled apps :( And I even cant see and use those apps. It looks like a factory reset but it is not because of my wallpaper and storage with 102GB of 128GB.

What happens if you connect to a PC via USB? Can the PC see the phone's storage? Make sure you've set the phone's USB connection to MTP first.
