P20 Pro keeps dropping connection on WiFi and Data

So I bought my p20 Pro brand new not too long ago. I ignored it at first and just thought it would work itself out but now it's just frustrating. Whether I am on strictly WiFi or Cell Data alone, it keeps cutting out. Like I'll be watching the signal come in and then just drop randomly. It interrupts everything. How do I fix this? And don't say "have you restarted down your device yet" lol.

And you held the Vol Down button until the homescreen appeared?

There are some Chinese brands that don't allow the user to boot into Safe Mode, but I thought Huawei wasn't one of them.

One more possibility -- with the phone on, press and hold Power until you see the power menu, then press and hold Power Off on the screen. Do you see a message about Safe Mode there?

Tried that and nothing

Do you have a case on? If so, does it have any metal in it? Some "blingy" cases can actually interfere with signal depending on what's used for the bling.

That case doesn't look like it has any metal, but it's worth testing the phone without the case on, just to see.
