Hi, I noticed that since I updated my phone's software, the fingerprint lock & navigation swipes have stopped working. The fingerprint lock has disappeared from the settings entirely except for the navigation swipes, which do nothing.
I'd get over it, but it's frustrating to have a phone with a fingerprint button that doesn't work. Also-- I noticed that it gets really hot.
I haven't found any solutions. I tried hard reset and HiSuite downgrading (which isn't available to downgrade to 8.0).
You probably would say to get a new phone, but it's only been a year and a half since I got it and it was a gift from my dad. Any suggestions?
