"PageBuddyNotiSvc" and "TouchWiz home" have stopped working?

[Android Central Question]

When I plug my earbuds in, I get a notification that "PageBuddyNotiSvc has stopped working" and it will keep popping up no matter how many times I press 'ok'. When I unplug my earbuds, the notification goes away and is replaced by "TouchWiz home has stopped working". I've tried clearing TouchWiz's cache but it hasn't helped any. Help??
