Android Central Question

I have a work phone and a separate personal phone. My personal cell is a Note 8 and is set up through number sync. However I would like to connect with my work s4 through bluetooth. So I can recieve everything to my S3 watch.

Can you have one phone with 2 watches?

Yes.

I've been using Wear OS devices for a few years. I've had 3 watches paired with one phone, most recently this Note 9.

I wanted to move to Samsung watches, because I was tired of the Wear OS lag. I contacted Samsung and asked if I could pair 3 watches with the same phone. Their answer was yes, but only using one at a time.
I currently have a Gear Fit2 Pro and a Gear Sport paired with this Note 9, successfully. The only issue is that when I switch watches the NOTIFICATION ACCESS for the GEAR WEARABLE app gets turned off. I get a notification and have to turn it back on. It's irritating, as Wear OS devices do not do this, but it's a minor inconvenience.

Can you screen shot that? I such between a frontier and classic S3 ask the time and I don't get any notifications.

The only downside to multiple watches is you can only set up Samsung pay on one of the watches at a time. If you try and set up another, it removes all cards from the watch that you already set up.

Oh man. That really sticks not being able to fully use two S3s. I have a frontier and found out while replacing the battery that it has a cracked back and water intrusion, so I bought a new one and have it on Deck ready to roll when the 1st one dies. I want to get the new one set up and ready in advance.

I wear a Gear Fit2 Pro to bed for sleep tracking. I turn the Fit2 Pro off and I get a notification on the phone, that looks like a Fit2 Pro, so I guess that watch is generating the notification.
When I turn on or pickup the Gear Sport and when I select notification, I am taken to the screen attached. I have to select the toggle and I'm off to work. Otherwise, the watch switch is on.
Wear OS switches watches with no issues.

Yes, I learned the hard way about samsung pay being allowed on only one watch at a time. Maddening.
I wear a Gear Sport to work 4 days a week and the Frontier will be the weekend watch for three days a week. I selected the Frontier as the Samsung Pay watch, since it has MST.
