Pairing smartwatch problem

So i have a galaxy active 2 smartwatch that can't pair with my phone (poco x6 pro). The app say incorrect pin or passkey, but the thing is i dont even type any pin or passkey yet. Nor even the window to type it even came out.

Is this being done through the Samsung Wearable app? Or has this watch been added to the phone before (if this is the case, you may need to delete it from the BT settings).

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this to the Galaxy Watch Active2 forum for more specific traffic.
 
BT devices that have been previously paired will 'stick around' the OS, so when you reset a device or replace it, sometimes it thinks it's the same one and tries to use the same credentials as the first time you paired (which will likely be wrong now). Bug glad you got this sorted! :)
