I got Paranoid Android running on my Le Pro 3 a couple of weeks ago. Its running pretty well. There are a few bugs but overall, it's a great way to get the latest updates on this completely underappreciated phone.
I'm going to install it on my wife's Pro later this week, when the new one comes in. She dropped hers and shattered it a few days ago, I've got a replacement coming from Amazon for $190 crazy deal if you ask me.
The install is not for the faint of heart but it is worth it.
