Passcode lock screen forced by email

Hi all

I know that my company forces us to use a passcode or password when email exchange is on the phone, I am cool with that but ... I can't seem to have any apps ri on the lock screen now or even customize it at all ???

I am running nova launcher as well is there anyway to fix this?

No one has these issues? Let me try asking another way. . . I can't customise my lock screen, I have a password forced by my email
